Sinopsis

 

A unique being is training restlessly at a forgotten town in the countryside. This faithful dog, drowned in an endless time, has the skin hardened by pain.

 

Five beings stacked in the depths of the prairie take care of each other, imprison, insult and encourage each other. They abandon themselves until the time of their deaths arrives.

 

They are shaken by a brutal fight, which was agreed in advance, where blood and money are at stake, and the mechanism that leads men to glory or to the grave is set in motion.

 

This play originated in a group-made work directed by Claudio Tolcachir in Timbre 4 in 2008, where “El Perro” character was born. Hernán Grinstein brought the story to life with his body and his pen. A dog survives by biting the throat of anyone who wants to deprive him from his miserable existence.He has the ambition to become a champion-dog, and feels close to glory. Just one more effort and the swamp will vanish.

 

So much unreleased and invisible violence will soon explode. Knock out is coming.
